Ingrid Sofie Bøe Jacobsen (Norway, 6 January 1992) specialized in XCE. Before she started cycling she did, among other things. horse riding and cross country skiing.
At the 2014 World Cycling Championships in Lillehammer, Bøe Jacobsen won bronze in the eliminator cross-country (XCE), behind the two Swiss athletes Kathrin Stirnemann and Linda Indergand, and finished in 4th position in the overall World Cup.
At the 2015 Mountain Bike World Championships she placed 2nd in XCE, behind Linda Indergand.
