Christoph Sauser (Sigriswill, 13 April 1976), true icon of the Mountain Bike world. His palmares is impressive with the victory of the world title both among the Juniors and among the U23s. He participated in the Olympic Games in Sydney (4th place), Athens (2nd place) and Beijing (10th place). He was European XC champion in 2002, 2004 and 2007. In 2011 and 2013 he became Marathon world champion.
