Roland Stauder (1 May 1972) is a former Italian cyclist specialized in the marathon. One of the best results in his career was in 2004 when he won the silver medal at the European Marathon Championships in Wałbrzych behind the Frenchman Thomas Dietsch.
In 2006 he finished 3rd overall in the overall Marathon World Cup behind the Colombian Leonardo Páez and Thomas Dietsch. He also ran on the road, but without any results to report.
