Merel Smulders (born 23 January 1998) is a Dutch BMX cyclist. She was the silver medalist at the 2018 UCI BMX World Championships behind her sister Laura Smulders. Before that he became junior time trial world champion at the 2016 UCI BMX World Championships. At the 2020 Summer Games BMX Race she won the bronze medal.
