Hubert Pallhuber (born 17 September 1965 in Brunico, BZ) is an Italian ex-biker. At the end of the 90s he was one of the best international bikers, winning the world champion title in 1997. In 2002 he stopped his professional career and became coach of the Italian national team for many years.
