Helene Fruhwirth (born in Vienna on 11 August 1983) is an Austrian rider. She carries out a multidisciplinary activity, because she also participates in racing Downhill and Enduro, depending on the discipline in which he is best, Four Cross. He won the 2014 World Cup, Four Cross specialty.
