David "Tinker" Juarez (born March 4, 1961 in Downey, California) was an American professional biker who was part of the "old school" of BMX (practiced at good levels from 1978 to 1984) and then chose MTB in 1986. After his competitive activity continued in long distance racing, winning the world amateur championship in 2010. He also competed in motocross (winning several races) and freestyle BMX. In all 3 disciplines (MTB, BMX and road) he has won countless competitions especially in the American territory, becoming a true icon capable of moving from one sport to another with extreme ease.
