Candice Lill (born 15 February 1992) is a South African cyclist who competes in XCO, Marathon, and Road racing. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the XCO at Hadleigh Farm, finishing 28th. After marrying compatriot Darren Lill, she took the surname Lill, becoming known as Candice Lill (formerly Candice Neethlinh).
