Alex Lupato (born October 12, 1989) started racing in XC. The first year he won the provincial and regional championships and the Italian championship. In his second year as a Junior he came 3rd at the Winter Grand Prix, a result he would repeat in 2009 along with a 3rd place at the Italian Internationals and a victory at the Junior Challenge.
In 2010 he started working and on a free weekend he took part in his first Enduro race, winning the category and coming 3rd overall.
In 2011 he began racing only in Enduro for the Rosas Bike Team. He achieved good results in the absolutes, including winning the title of Italian Elite Master category champion and at the end of the year, thanks to a proposal from FRM, he turned professional, dedicating himself only to cycling. He won the Italian champion title 3 times, coming second in 2012 and 2017.
