Elena Giacomuzzi (08/01/1969) is a former Italian marathon specialist athlete, capable of achieving a 3rd place in the overall World Cup in 1996. Elena was disqualified from 24/06/2012 to 23/06/2013 for having detected the presence of Methylprednisolone and Recombinant Erythropoietin at an anti-doping control.
